Kids Helpline is a confidential, free counselling service for Australian young people aged between 5 and 25 years. Teachers and Parents can also access information on a range of issues that effect today’s youth.

Headspace is the national youth mental health foundation. They help young people who are going through a tough time and offer resources to help friends and family provide the support that’s needed.

Youth Beyond Blue

Youth Beyond Blue aim to empower young people aged 12–25, their friends and those who care for them to respond to depression and anxiety. They support and promote environments and settings that build on the strengths of young people, helping them to respond to ongoing change.
