Rachel’s Year Two class at Point Cook P – 9 College in Victoria have an ‘interactive’ Catastrophe Scale.
The students post their problems via a sticky note then choose a resilience statement to help them ‘bounce back’.
When the problem is sorted the note goes in the bin!
Congratulations to Rachel and all her Year Two students – you are not letting problems beat you!
Download the Catastrophe Scale Kit and make your own interactive Catastrophe Scale to use at home or school.
The whole family can use it when a problem pops up. You can use the Ask Ed App any time to help sort the problems.
